DAEHWA Corp., regularly holds workshops to review the first half-year's performance and to plan for the second half-year based on strategies developed collaboratively by employees and management. This year, from July 12 to 13, all department heads convened to reflect on the first half of the year and present their respective team plans for the second half. Through this process, each team identified areas for improvement and established work plans for the second half of the year based on new strategies.
The workshop was particularly significant this year as the Chairman extended special bonuses and expressed gratitude to all department heads, making the event even more meaningful.
