On Friday, January 10, 2025, the Kick-off meeting was held at the headquarters training center. All employees gathered to present the performance of each department from the previous year and share ambitious plans for the upcoming year.
Each department formed teams to actively participate, discovering current issues and discussing solutions while considering the direction to move forward. This led to a more meaningful workshop compared to the previous year. After the announcement of awards and promotions, the evening dinner with all employees was a time to strengthen teamwork.
